  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to accommodate other patients. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the full service price (not including any discounts), and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thank you for your understanding!

    Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the waiting area and complete any necessary paperwork sent via email. Please also note that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with an assigned practitioner at Madewell Chiropractic, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early in advance as possible!
